Gramling Incorporated is looking for a self-motivated sales associate to join the team and cover our Minnesota territory.
Gramling Inc. provides cost-effective sales coverage for eight different industrial manufacturers throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. About the job:
This is an industrial sales role based in Minnesota, requiring frequent travel throughout the state.
Representing our eight principal companies, you’ll be prospecting for new clients, following up on quotes, servicing existing customers, and establishing new partnerships.
About you:
This position offers uncapped commission, so you must be self-motivated.
You should be comfortable with frequent travel throughout the state of Minnesota. You will also be required to travel to Southeastern Wisconsin for sales training and semi-annual business meetings.
Pay and benefits
After the 6-month introductory period, you’re eligible for monthly bonuses. Or sooner if your commissioned sales exceed your monthly pay.
Travel reimbursement at the set federal rate for mileage, along with meals and lodging.
