Integrity is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and M&A Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organization, time management, and computer skills to support our Executive and M&A team (Internal and External). The ideal candidate will have experience with office software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience working with Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Office, and Cloud and Data Sharing services is required.
Duties
- Schedule appointments and calendar management using Microsoft Outlook
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and handle basic office management duties
- Maintain Data Room and Cloud systems for documents, files, and electronic records to ensure easy retrieval and organization
- Support personal assistant functions as needed, including travel arrangements or special project coordination
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Cloud / File Sharing Systems
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks
- Effective multi-tasking abilities with strong time management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly
This position offers an entry into a Ground Up Private Equity / Venture Capital Firm with the ability for extensive growth.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
