Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth HR and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
This position is part-time (5-10 hours per week), the hours to be performed during the day (example 8 A.M -5 P.M.) Remote, 1099 contractor.
Human Resources Support
- Assist with posting job openings and source candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other recruiting channels
- Review resumes and applications to identify highly qualified candidates. Understand candidate strengths and align talent with organizational needs
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain employee files and ensure accurate documentation
- Support onboarding processes
- Prepare HR-related correspondence and reports
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems
- Prepare reports and/or spreadsheets
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars as needed
- Assist with special projects and process improvements
- Assist in streamlining processes to improve efficiency
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience
- Proficiency in Google Drive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of integrity and discretion
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of continuous employment with one employer demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Personal computer with camera and reliable internet connection
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
