There are two essential conditions for this position. First, we are a west coast company, so you must be available to work from 9am-6pm PT at a minimum. Second, while the role is fully remote, it is not a freelancer position. You will be expected to be present in our virtual office during work hours via platforms like Zoom. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.
- Problem-solving in various scenarios, demonstrating creativity, critical thinking, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Embrace and execute tasks with a proactive mindset, foreseeing and addressing needs before they arise.
- Utilize technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness, staying ahead with the latest digital tools and platforms.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, maintaining a balance of professionalism and approachability.
- Availability to be on standby outside regular office hours when necessary.
