Administrative Assistant (Contract)

Summary
Join our dynamic team as we are seeking a skilled professional to take on a pivotal role in managing the calendars of our General Manager and senior directors. This role involves coordinating meetings, providing administrative support, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth operations for various team activities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for the General Manager and 3 senior directors, scheduling meetings and ensuring all necessary attendees are invited.
- Provide general administrative support including travel arrangements, expense reporting, agenda management for staff meetings, and headcount reporting.
- Assist in creating presentations for team meetings, ordering hardware, processing award certifications, and celebrating work anniversaries.
- Coordinate travel support for the individuals managed, with potential for international travel in the future.
- Utilize basic Excel skills to support various tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of overall experience in an administrative role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with calendaring in Outlook.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with MS Office Suite.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with good data security and confidentiality practices.

- Pay Range: $29 - 32.50 per hour
