About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist prospective tenants interested in renting apartments across the United States.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals inquiring about available properties. You'll answer questions, provide property information, schedule tours, and help guide prospective tenants through the initial stages of the rental process.
No real estate experience is required. We are happy to train the right person. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong common sense, and a positive, helpful attitude.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries from prospective tenants
- Provide information about available properties
- Schedule property tours and appointments
- Follow up with prospective tenants as needed
- Maintain accurate records and notes
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
