About the Role
We are a growing European tour operator looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Ticket Monitoring & Purchasing Assistant to join our team.
The role involves monitoring online ticketing platforms, tracking availability, and completing ticket purchases when opportunities become available. Full training will be provided.
This is a remote position with flexible working hours and is ideal for someone who is comfortable working online, has strong attention to detail, and can react quickly when required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor ticketing websites and availability systems.
- Purchase tickets according to company guidelines.
- Record and report completed purchases.
- Communicate with the operations team when required.
- Follow established procedures and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Good written and spoken English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Personal computer or laptop.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Previous experience in online customer service, administration, tourism, or similar roles is a plus but not required.
Schedule
- Approximately 3 days per week on average.
- Fully remote.
- Flexible schedule, with shifts assigned in advance according to operational needs.
Compensation
Base Pay:
Performance Bonus:
- USD $3 for each successfully completed ticket purchase.
Payment is made monthly.
Expected Earnings
During the high season (September>December and March>May), team members typically complete at least 100 successful ticket purchases per month, depending on performance, availability, and individual skills.
