We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Sales Support professional who
can manage lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and dispatch coordination
while supporting both Sales and Operations teams.
This role sits at the intersection of customer experience and sales support, ensuring that
leads are properly followed up, appointments are scheduled efficiently, and internal teams
are aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and qualify inbound leads (calls, web forms, CRM entries)
- Perform outbound follow-ups via calls, texts, and emails
- Convert warm leads into scheduled appointments
- Create and manage service tickets and installation requests
- Schedule, confirm, and assign appointments to field teams
Coordinate closely with:
- Sales team (lead handoff & updates)
- Service/Operations teams (dispatch & execution)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Deliver professional, friendly communication at every touchpointMust-Have Requirements
3+ years of experience in:
- Customer Service / Customer Success
- Dispatch / Scheduling
- Inside Sales or similar roles
- Experience working with US-based customers
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Comfortable handling calls in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and tracking tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable remote setup (internet, workspace)
Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience in sales or appointment setting
- Spanish language skills
- Experience in home services, construction, or field operations environments
Work Environment: Fully remote
