Job Description
Footprints Mental Health Counseling is seeking a Review Specialist to manage and execute daily review request processes and support the organization’s online reputation.
This role is responsible for sending review requests to patients through the Birdeye platform, monitoring responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The Review Specialist will also handle patient feedback by responding appropriately and escalating any concerns or complaints to the relevant team or manager.
Responsibilities
- Send daily review requests to patients using the Birdeye platform
- Schedule and manage follow-up reminders to improve response rates
- Monitor incoming reviews and patient feedback across platforms
- Respond to reviews in a professional and timely manner
- Identify and escalate complaints or service concerns to the appropriate team or manager
- Track and report on review response rates and engagement metrics
- Maintain organized records of review outreach and responses
- Collaborate with internal teams to support patient experience and reputation management initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred)
- Experience with review management platforms (Birdeye or similar) is a plus
- Strong written communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and online tools
- Ability to handle sensitive feedback professionally and confidentially
