We are seeking for virtual assistant with prior experience in U.S. healthcare operations and advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
This is a 100% remote position requiring availability for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Position Overview
In this role, you will support daily medical office operations by managing patient scheduling, handling authorization requests, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to providers and members regarding authorization status
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Create and maintain accurate patient charts
- Collect patient information for health assessments over the phone
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient databases
- Handle patient situations professionally and proactively
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. medical accounts or healthcare administration
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient data confidentiality standards
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
- Reliable internet connection (100 Mbps or higher)
- Own laptop/desktop and headset
