Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow client relationships across our AI-driven solutions. This role is both strategic and operational, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts while driving performance, expansion, and long-term value.
You will work directly with clients and internal operational teams (AI, marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure seamless delivery and continuous growth.
Senior Account Managers play a critical role in client retention, revenue expansion, and strategic execution, acting as the bridge between client objectives and company solutions. They are operational experts in marketing and guide the client and the execution of our teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and contact for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives
- Understand client business models, goals, and growth challenges
AI Solution Delivery & Coordination
Oversee implementation of AI solutions across:
- Marketing automation
- Sales acceleration systems
- Customer service AI agents
- Coordinate and direct client and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Strategic Execution & Go-To-Market
- Guide clients in launching and optimizing AI-driven go-to-market strategies
- Translate AI capabilities into real business outcomes (revenue, efficiency, CX)
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements
Project & Performance Management
- Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Track KPIs, campaign performance, and account health
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to clients
Problem Solving & Optimization
- Resolve complex client challenges quickly and effectively
- Identify process improvements and innovation opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and AI teams
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of account management experience, preferably at a marketing agency
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
- Strong project management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with marketing and sales CRM tools and systems
- Kind and proactive personality is a must, unafraid leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong to advanced knowledge and practical use of AI tools and platforms
- Experience managing go-to-market strategy for a private company
- Experience working with or managing US-based clients (almost all will be)
- Background in marketing, digital strategy, or customer experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or initiatives
