Account Manager (LATAM Opportunity) 1.500 USD to 2.000 USD
We are seeking a Account Manager for a Miami-based agency with a diverse remote team of 70+ professionals dedicated to empowering Facility Management and Commercial Cleaning Businesses with digital marketing and lead generation solutions.
This position is responsible for:
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional marketing services that meet client needs and objectives.
- Maintaining and growing client relationships
- Managing project deliver
- Improving client satisfaction and retention.
The mission is to move clients from satisfied to delighted with the services provided, thereby supporting the agency's overall growth and success.
Minimum requirements:
- Fluent English
- 2+ years of Account Management experience (Marketing and/or Communication background)
- Have managed at least four accounts simultaneously at an agency
- Full-time availability
- Bachelor’s degree in general business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or English (open to other professions)
