Position Overview
Fausto Commercial is seeking a high-performance Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale our commercial real estate sales organization. This leader will oversee our existing agent platform while driving recruiting, coaching, accountability, and production initiatives designed to support aggressive growth throughout South Florida and emerging Florida markets. The Sales Manager will work directly with ownership to execute the firm's growth strategy and build a best-in-class brokerage platform.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Scale the organization to 40+ high-performing producers across Miami, Broward, Jacksonville, and future Florida markets by the end of 2026.
- Lead, inspire, and develop commercial real estate agents.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture.
Training & Development
- Train all new hires on company sales processes, systems, and standards.
- Conduct bi-weekly and monthly training sessions.
- Coach agents on prospecting, pipeline management, and business development.
Performance Management
- Monitor KPIs including call volume, appointments, listings, conversion ratios, closed transactions, and revenue.
- Hold agents accountable to production goals.
- Create scorecards and reporting systems.
Sales Execution & Strategy
- Drive revenue growth across multiple sectors and territories.
- Optimize sales systems and operational processes.
Multi-Market Expansion
- Support expansion into Broward County, Jacksonville, and future Florida markets.
- Build recruiting pipelines and onboarding processes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
Recruiting & Growth
- Recruit, interview, and hire agents.
- Support agent retention and career development.
Qualifications
- Past experience of sales leadership.
- Proven track record managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Strong KPI and pipeline management experience.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Miami-based with ability to commute to Little Havana headquarters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial real estate brokerage experience.
- Multi-market management experience.
- Recruiting and sales process implementation experience.
Compensation
- Base Salary+ Bonus
- Base draw against performance-based compensation.
- Leadership bonus opportunities tied to team growth and production metrics.
- Additional incentives tied to recruiting, retention, and market expansion initiatives.
- Significant upside based on organizational growth and sales performance.
Compensation package will be customized based on experience, leadership track record, and production history.
