Salary: $1,300 - $1,400 USD (monthly)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance requests for 300+ properties through phone, text, email, and ERP portals.
- Diagnose and triage work orders, assigning them to appropriate vendors or in-house teams.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance with contractors (e.g., electricians, plumbers, handymen, roofers) while organizing tenant access.
- Review and audit contractor invoices to ensure accuracy and maintain proper financial records.
- Communicate repair updates to clients, including completion photos and tenant feedback.
- Centralize all maintenance-related communication and train tenants on how to report issues effectively.
- Implement designated contractor scheduling days to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (Preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in property management, Customer service, or related role
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
Setting: Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (40 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break).

Pay: S/.4,400.00 - S/.4,740.00 per month
