We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive (AE) based in South Africa to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you will own the full sales cycle and help us scale our footprint in the real estate tech space.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead the process from prospecting and discovery to product demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through both outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, tailored demos of our AI solution to property managers and real estate owners, focusing on ROI and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our technical and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- CRM & Forecasting: Diligently track activity, pipeline status, and revenue results within our CRM to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Hit Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Market Feedback: Provide direct feedback from prospects to the product team to help shape our development roadmap.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, real estate technology, or a related high-growth sales environment.
- Proven Track Record: A documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation and demo skills, with the ability to explain technical AI solutions to non-technical business owners.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to help build sales processes from the ground up.
- Resilience: A self-starter with high energy who thrives in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
