Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant | Mental Health Clinic | $6.50/hour
We are hiring a Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant to support a mental health clinic with patient intake, lead follow-up, high-volume calls, scheduling, and appointment coordination. This role requires someone fluent in English and Spanish, reliable, compassionate, and comfortable speaking with patients in sensitive situations.
Rate: $6.50 USD/hour (Performance-based increase after 3 months)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Call new patient leads and book appointments
- Answer high-volume inbound calls
- Schedule patients with physicians and therapists
- Track leads, follow-ups, and booked appointments
- Follow clinic call flows and internal processes
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Strong phone communication skills
- Healthcare VA, medical front office, intake, or call center experience
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with full-time phone work
- Mental health or behavioral health experience is a plus
