Bilingual Medical VA / Receptionist (English/Spanish)
Internal Medicine Clinic | Remote | Part-Time | 30 Hours/Week | $6.50/hour

We are hiring a Bilingual Medical VA / Receptionist to support an Internal Medicine clinic.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is confident on calls, highly organized, and experienced in patient-facing administrative support. The role is heavily focused on phone communication, patient coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, and front-desk style support.

If you have strong English and Spanish communication skills, can handle patients professionally over the phone, and know how to keep workflows moving accurately and efficiently, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in English and Spanish
Manage appointment scheduling, reschedules, cancellations, and reminders
Support patient follow-ups and pre-visit coordination
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Assist with referrals and prior authorizations
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up tracking
Support daily administrative workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance

What We’re Looking For

Strong English and Spanish verbal and written communication
Confident and professional phone presence
Experience in a patient-facing, customer-facing, or healthcare support role
Strong scheduling, coordination, and follow-through skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable remote work setup with stable internet and headset
HIPAA knowledge or experience with HIPAA-compliant workflows

Nice to Have

Clinical or healthcare background
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
Experience supporting internal medicine, primary care, or similar outpatient clinics
