About the Opportunity
We are seeking a self-starting, organized, and thoughtful Associate Director of Integrated Marketing to join a leading US-based strategy and technology partner specialized in the higher education industry. This company empowers world-class universities to expand their reach and impact through innovative infrastructure and life-changing learning experiences.
Note: This is a 6-month temporary position with the potential to extend the contract up to one year based on performance and business needs. You will report directly to the US team, overseeing marketing account management and ensuring the profitable delivery of services for a diverse portfolio of academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary marketing contact for a portfolio of university partners. Build strong relationships and ensure exceptional satisfaction by helping partners understand marketing strategies and their impact on enrollment goals.
- Marketing Execution: Manage a dedicated Brand & Planning Coordinator. Oversee the execution of strategies across pre-launch, launch, and growth phases, ensuring alignment with budgets and scope.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with SMEs (Media, Analytics, Enrollment) to gather insights and optimize marketing workflows, enhancing brand presence and student outcomes.
- Performance Insights & Storytelling: Review dashboards to generate actionable insights. Create executive-level presentations to communicate complex plans and results to high-level stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Drive alignment on key priorities across diverse functional teams (Product, Project Management, Partner Success).
- Ecosystem Oversight: Manage the end-to-end creation and optimization of marketing campaigns and assets, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in Higher Education, EdTech, or B2B2C business models.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Leadership: Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and managing cross-functional relationships at a senior level.
- Skills: * Expert-level communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong project management abilities (familiarity with Wrike is a plus).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- Ability to delegate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Remote Setup: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional workspace suitable for frequent "camera-on" partner meetings.
