About Health Loft
Health Loft is a nationwide telehealth nutrition practice helping patients access insurance-covered nutrition care with registered dietitians across the United States. We are focused on making high-quality nutritional care more accessible and building a best-in-class patient experience from first click through ongoing care.
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with B2C experience to help lead and improve our digital growth efforts. This person will play a hands-on role across paid search, paid social, SEO, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle/reactivation initiatives, and reporting/attribution improvements.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong paid media execution with solid funnel and CRO instincts. You should be highly analytical, comfortable working cross-functionally, and excited to help scale a fast-growing healthcare business.
Compensation$45,000–$60,000 USD base, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunity.
What You’ll Own
- Take a hands-on role in managing and improving paid media performance across paid search (Google, Bing, etc.) and paid social (Meta, etc.)
- Support creative strategy and testing by identifying new angles, coordinating creative needs, and helping improve performance through faster iteration
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across the booking funnel
- Collaborate with development and data analytics team members to define reporting needs, improve attribution, and support testing

What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
- Experience driving performance across multiple digital channels
- Strong hands-on experience with paid social, especially Meta
- Strong working knowledge of paid search, especially Google Ads
- Meaningful experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis
- Experience working closely with analytics or BI resources to define reporting and make data-informed decisions
- Experience managing budgets and making channel allocation decisions
- Experience managing small teams and working with cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret performance and identify bottlenecks
- Ability to diagnose whether a problem is channel-related, funnel-related, tracking-related, or operational
- Strong understanding of CAC, conversion rate, LTV, payback, and source quality
- Ability to develop testing plans and prioritize experiments based on likely business impact
- Strong communication and project ownership
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, healthtech, or another trust-based consumer service business
- Experience with multi-step lead generation or booking funnels
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, reactivation, CRM, or retention-focused campaigns
- Experience with marketplace-style businesses or matching funnels
