As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work with warm leads and existing customers, helping them identify service needs, schedule appointments, and explore additional solutions that add value to their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound customer interactions into confirmed service appointments.
- Build trust with customers through consultative conversations and needs-based recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services and maintenance packages.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Clearly communicate service recommendations, timelines, and pricing information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking within CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-up activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
Requirements
Must Have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Inside Sales
- Sales Development
- Call Center Sales
- Customer Service with sales responsibilities
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling high call volumes.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance goals.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Automotive industry experience.
