Senior VoIP Network Engineer
Location: Latin America (Remote)

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Network/VoIP Engineer or Specialist
- Experience in managed services support
- Strong understanding of Layer 2 switching, NAT, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and WiFi networks
- Knowledge of networking protocols, VLANs, QoS, and VPN
- Experience with diagnostic tools (ping, traceroute, MTR, telnet, port scanning, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Cradlepoint, Ubiquiti, and Meraki
- Proficient in network design and implementation
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- English Level: C1 (advanced proficiency required)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle client calls, emails, and support tickets related to network and VoIP issues
- Troubleshoot issues involving internet connectivity, VoIP systems, and network devices
- Configure and manage PBX systems, phone provisioning, and number porting
- Diagnose VoIP issues such as phone registration, IVR setup, audio quality, and SIP/RTP connectivity
- Troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and WiFi devices
- Monitor and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Assist in provisioning and deployment of network equipment for new clients
