Schedule: Full-Time | Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours
About the Firm
We are a fast-growing U.S. plaintiff-side personal injury law firm representing injured individuals in serious injury, catastrophic injury, negligence, and complex litigation matters.
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager who can independently manage cases, drive litigation forward, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a high-impact role working directly with firm leadership and is best suited for someone who has already supported U.S. personal injury attorneys in both pre-litigation and litigation environments.
Candidates without substantial U.S. Personal Injury experience will not be considered.
What You'll DoPersonal Injury Case Management
- Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
- Monitor case progression and proactively move matters forward
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, treatment status, and case milestones
Litigation Support
- Assist with discovery requests and responses
- Prepare litigation documents, pleadings, and case materials
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert scheduling
- Maintain litigation calendars and court deadlines
Medical Records & Damages Management
- Order, track, review, and organize medical records and billing
- Coordinate with providers and medical record vendors
- Assist with medical chronologies and damages documentation
Demand & Settlement Support
- Assist with demand package preparation
- Coordinate lien resolution and settlement documentation
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, providers, and clients
Client & Attorney Communication
- Provide case updates and maintain consistent client communication
- Work directly with attorneys to ensure priorities are executed
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of U.S. Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal experience
- Experience supporting personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Experience with medical records, medical billing, demands, insurance communications, and case management
- Experience with pre-litigation and/or litigation personal injury matters
- Strong understanding of the U.S. personal injury case lifecycle
