Done Digging LLC is a San Antonio-based holding company with an active portfolio—Done Digging Strategies (fractional COO consulting), San Antonio Deck & Fence Works, San Antonio Garage Reset Pros, TruCompass Logistics, 4EVRTRU Logistics, HomeCentered Mag, and more on the way. Things move fast here, and we're looking for someone who can move faster.
This isn't a "hold calls and book flights" role. You'll be working directly with the founder to keep priorities sharp, projects on track, and the day-to-day from slipping through the cracks. If you like variety, ownership, and being the person who makes things happen—this was built for you.
What you'll own
- Calendar management across multiple businesses—protecting high-value time and eliminating scheduling friction
- Project and task tracking across active ventures so nothing falls through the cracks
- Communications and follow-up—drafting, monitoring, and closing loops on behalf of the founder
- Research and reporting—gathering intel, summarizing options, and packaging decisions clearly
- Light ops support across entities as needed (vendor coordination, scheduling, document management)
- Keeping the founder accountable to priorities—pushing back when needed, flagging drift early
Who you are
- 3–5 years supporting a founder, executive, or fast-moving team (multi-entity experience is a plus)
- You don't wait to be told—you see what needs to happen and handle it
- Exceptionally organized with high follow-through; you close loops, you don't just open them
- Strong communicator in writing—professional, clear, and direct
- Comfortable with digital tools: project management platforms, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and ideally some AI tools
- Discreet, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
- Based in San Antonio (or greater SA area)—occasional in-person availability is required
- Fluent Spanish is a plus
