We are a performance-driven operation built around one idea: if we take lead generation completely off your plate, what can a serious closer do? Every prospect who lands on your calendar has been pre-qualified and is ready to be educated on retirement income products.
We are currently building a team of five specialists over the next three months. Every position is earned. This is not a volume hire.
Compensation
Every case you close, whether it comes from an appointment we place or business you bring yourself, splits 50/50. No tiers, no resets, no complicated structure. You keep half of everything you close. We keep half.

What We Expect
The minimum production requirement is three closed annuity cases per month. Two consecutive months below minimum is grounds for ending the partnership.
Every appointment is conducted on Zoom and recorded. All activity is logged in the CRM within 24 hours. No-show prospects enter a 12 month reengagement campaign that you are responsible for running. The process is structured and you are expected to follow it. Supplemental training is provided and required.
We built this model around process because the annuity business demands it. A lot of people who call themselves sales professionals are really business developers. They are great at building relationships but not wired to close. We use the Kolbe A Index to help identify the difference. You are not required to complete it, but candidates who submit their Kolbe and Myers Briggs results alongside their application
will be given serious consideration ahead of those who do not.
What You Need
You must have an active life insurance license and be fully independent. No captive agency, no retail shop, no career arrangement that restricts where you place business. You must be willing to contract through Simplicity IMO as a condition of the partnership, and you must pass a full criminal background check before the agreement is executed.
Direct to consumer annuity and retirement income sales experience is required. If your background is wholesale, internal distribution, or relationship development, be honest with yourself about whether you have actually sat across from a client and closed. This role lives or dies on that skill.
