POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Associate supports marketing initiatives across the Streamside Parks portfolio. This entry-level role assists with email marketing campaigns, digital marketing activities, marketing content, and maintaining online park listings across marketing platforms.
Working closely with the Regional Director of Marketing, the Marketing Associate helps support marketing campaigns and contributes to marketing efforts that increase park visibility, guest engagement, and booking activity.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:& &

- & Assist with the development and distribution of email marketing campaigns supporting park promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including online promotions and marketing content updates.
- Draft marketing copy for emails, promotional campaigns, and online listing
- Work closely with park staff to develop marketing programs to promote their properties and/or activities within their parks.
- Maintain and update park listings across marketing platforms including Google, RV Life, Campspot, and other property marketing platforms.
- Ensure property descriptions, photos, and amenities are accurate and up to date across marketing channels.
- Assist with gathering information and providing input to support marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Support the preparation and organization of marketing materials and promotional content.
- Monitor brand and park mentions across social platforms and flag notable guest conversations, feedback, or travel interest to the marketing team.
- Identify guest-generated content (UGC) featuring our parks that we could reshare or highlight to support awareness.
- Surface relevant travel or outdoor community discussions where Streamside parks might naturally fit into the conversation to inform future content (blogs, emails, etc.)
SKILL and EXPERIENCE:

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a combination of education and commensurate experience.
- 0–2 years of marketing experience or relevant internship experience.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- & Basic understanding of digital marketing and email marketing platforms preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems and web-based marketing platforms.
