KAR Direct is looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team. Account Manager's are expected to performance paid social, google and email marketing campaigns for ~6 clients on a recurring basis. The position requires strategy, execution and interpersonal skills.
We’re seeking an individual who has an entrepreneurial, analytical mindset, and strong desire to learn. This individual is capable of working independently to draw measurable and actionable insights for clients. They are strong communicators, able to execute upon insights and professionally deliver results to clients.
This role is remote
(travel is required - up to 20% of the year)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Budgeting & Ecommerce Strategy
- Strong understanding of ecommerce budgeting strategies
- Ability to budget based off of KPI's and assess each client's needs
- Deep understanding of how to drive performance for direct to consumer companies.
Meta
- Creative development (copywriting, asset formatting)
- Execution - Build and manage campaigns
- Analysis - understand KPI’s and find actionable insights
Google
- Develop Text Ad, YouTube and automated catalog-based campaigns
- Understand metrics and report on performance
- Remain current on new product launches and tools and techniques to improve performance
Klaviyo
- Ability to build emails, flows & report on performance within Klaviyo
- Concepting and Strategy
- Develop intuitive marketing campaigns that perform towards clients goals.
- Optimize and report on channel processes including budget optimization, audience targeting, ad creative, and data analysis weekly with bi-monthly updates to clients.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- 3-6 years of relevant experience running Facebook ads, Google ads & Tiktok Ads
- 2-6 years of relevant experience managing Shopify stores & fluency in the Shopify platform
- 1-4 years of relevant experience working in Klaviyo
- Ability to work independently and across multiple teams, projects, and client portfolios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships among stakeholders.
- Familiarity with analytical tools including Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Search Console & Looker Studio
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment working with a lean team
Bonus Experience:
- Applied experience copy-writing
- Proficiency in figma & canva
- Experience with Shopify

Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000
