- Support office management tasks such as proofreading documents, updating spreadsheets, and managing correspondence
- Handle customer support requests via email or phone, providing clear information and resolving issues with professionalism
- Perform clerical duties including typing reports, managing invoices with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software, and maintaining organized digital files
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners ready to grow!
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a remote setting
