Cross Financial is hiring a seasoned Financial Office Administrative Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of a growing RIA platform.
This is not a traditional admin role. This is a senior operations position designed for a financial services professional who thrives on ownership, follow-through, and making complex advisory businesses run smoothly—removing friction so advisors and leadership can focus on growth.

This Role Will Own
Custodial platform management (Schwab Advisor Center specifically)
Compliance coordination with external consultants (ADV filings, annual reviews, regulatory correspondence)
Client service operations (onboarding, account maintenance, service requests)
Technology stack administration (CRM, portfolio management system, document management)
Process documentation and SOP creation
Internal workflow and project tracking across Cross Financial and Crete partner firms
Who This Is For
Financial services operations professionals with 5+ years of experience
Self-directed, highly organized individuals who excel in remote environments
Strong communicators who can manage client and internal interactions confidently
Professionals who enjoy building structure, improving workflows, and ensuring execution
Someone who wants to be indispensable, not interchangeable
Strongly Preferred (But Not Required):
Schwab Advisor Services experience
Tools or Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Advyzon experience
RIA or financial planning operations background
Client service experience in advisory environments
Task, workflow, and deadline management expertise
Exposure to trust and estate planning processes
Compensation: 65K – 100K annually depending on experience
