This is an ideal role for someone who thrives as an EA (not someone using EA as a stepping stone to becoming a CEO). You’ll be valued for judgment, organization, clear communication, and follow-through within established guardrails.

- Answer phones and respond to FAQs with excellent, professional etiquette
- Coordinate CEO calendar via Google Workspace (scheduling, confirmations, time-blocking, follow-ups)
- Support occasional personal scheduling/tasks as needed (appointments, travel planning, logistics)
Operations + Reporting

- Run monthly reports and summarize insights for the CEO across:
- Thinkific
- Salesforce
- Acuity Scheduling (or Calendly equivalent)
Project Coordination
- Track deadlines, keep projects moving, send reminders, and communicate clearly with team members
- Prepare reports and documents; proofreading, transcription, and data entry as needed
Marketing Support
- Assist with social media coordination and ActiveCampaign email marketing support (drafting, scheduling, organizing content)
Tools you should be comfortable with

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Bubbly and outgoing, yet highly professional
- Articulate (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented and fast with follow-through
- Business-savvy, proactive, and self-driven
- Comfortable working with a high-performance CEO and clear guardrails
- Reliable and responsive during the core schedule (Tue–Fri 10–3) + occasional Saturday mornings
