- Provide administrative support to sales and project management teams
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Coordinate logistics for furniture deliveries and installations
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and ordering supplies
- Support communication efforts between departments and with external partners
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or business is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the furniture or related industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
