Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to sales and project management teams
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
Coordinate logistics for furniture deliveries and installations
Assist in maintaining inventory records and ordering supplies
Support communication efforts between departments and with external partners

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or business is a plus
Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the furniture or related industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
