The BE Luxury Group at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a highly organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support a top-performing luxury real estate business based in Miami. This is a fully remote role focused on backend operations, administrative execution, and transaction support in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
This role provides direct administrative support to Jonathan Bigelman, Top 1% Agent Nationwide & Founding Partner of the BE Luxury Group at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. This is a dedicated assistant role and not a shared team position.
Real estate experience is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a real estate agent or team in an administrative, transaction coordination, or listing support capacity.
This position begins as a 90-day paid trial at $25 per hour, with the intent to convert to a longer-term or full-time role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and backend support
- Manage scheduling, appointments, showings, and client meetings
- Assist with preparation, organization, and tracking of real estate documents
- Maintain accurate digital files and transaction records
- Support listing operations, including status updates and database management
- Coordinate client communications and follow-ups
- Assist with basic marketing coordination and asset organization as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate administrative experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent English required; Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficient in MLS systems, including running comps and preparing CMAs
- Solid working knowledge of real estate contracts, addenda, and standard agent-level paperwork
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely with accountability and responsiveness
- Proficient with CRMs, Google Drive, and document management systems
- Marketing experience or proficiency is a plus

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
