AccountMakers is actively recruiting Customer Support Representatives for immediate hire on behalf of our hiring client, a fast-scaling company in the e-commerce space. This is a full-time role supporting day-to-day customer inquiries, order resolutions, and high-volume support operations.
Position Details
Are you a detail-oriented communicator who enjoys helping customers and solving problems? Customer Support Representatives will assist with daily customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic order and account issues, support return and exchange requests, and provide timely updates to ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities include handling multi-channel communication (phone, chat, email), documenting interactions in support systems, and coordinating with internal teams such as fulfillment and operations to resolve open issues.
You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by responding quickly, accurately, and professionally to a high volume of support requests. Entry-level representatives will also help identify common customer questions, contribute insights to improve workflows, and support updates to internal documentation or FAQs.
What We’re Looking For
-High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
-0–2 years of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, or e-commerce support is a plus).
-Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to remain patient, friendly, and professional.
-Comfort navigating online platforms and handling multiple systems at once; experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Freshdesk is helpful but not required.
-Strong attention to detail, reliability in meeting response times, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
-A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within customer support operations.

Compensation
This full-time position offers a salary range of $42,000 to $52,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses tied to quality metrics, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
