We're on the lookout for a Growth Marketer to join a leading player within the digital assets space to oversee user growth for their Sports division.
You’ll play a central role in scaling an active user base by designing and launching high-impact, sports-themed campaigns that captivate fans around the world. This role blends sharp strategic planning, creative execution, and rigorous performance analysis.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the full lifecycle of inbound marketing campaigns that tap into the energy of global sports communities to drive higher trading volumes and accelerate product adoption.
- Craft persuasive campaign narratives and messaging, partnering closely with internal designers to produce standout visuals and creative assets.
- Strategize, deploy, and iteratively optimize campaigns for both new and existing users, primarily through inbound channels.
- Dive deep into campaign data, derive clear actionable insights, and continuously refine approaches to boost long-term performance.
- Partner with CRM, Data Analytics, Product, and Brand teams to maintain seamless consistency and synergy across every customer touchpoint.
- Perform ongoing market and audience research to uncover trends, fan behaviors, and untapped opportunities within the sports and prediction ecosystem.
- Own and document end-to-end operational workflows, covering legal approvals, creative production, reward distribution, and performance monitoring.
- Build reusable, scalable frameworks and playbooks for sports-led user acquisition and engagement.
- Relentlessly improve the campaign experience through rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and direct user feedback.
- Drive clear, proactive communication with internal stakeholders to keep every campaign on schedule, fully compliant, and perfectly aligned with strategic goals.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in inbound/growth campaign management, ideally within sports marketing, fan engagement, or prediction markets.
- Deep familiarity with growth marketing KPIs and analytics, including practical experience with tools such as Tableau, Segment, Databricks, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated skill in turning data insights into creative, audience-resonant strategies that drive measurable results.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication. You are able to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives and presentations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of juggling multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments; proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with rapid iteration.
