We’re on the hunt for a passionate Digital Marketing expert to lead brand activations in key sports markets across the U.S.
This role is designed to manage and optimise digital acquisition campaigns across key paid channels for B2C, focusing on planning, executing, and refining high-impact strategies.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and Video platforms to drive efficient, high-volume user acquisition.
- Own end-to-end campaign management including budget allocation, sophisticated bidding strategies, pacing, and performance maximization to deliver best-in-class ROI, ROAS, and CAC targets.
- Create and adapt creative assets and messaging to align with regional/state regulations, sports calendars, major events, and user intent for maximum relevance and conversion.
- Build and refine advanced audience targeting using behavioral, geographic, interest, device, and custom segments; integrate first-party and third-party data sources to continuously improve performance throughout the full user journey.
- Monitor, analyze, and report, and derive actionable insights from campaign performance using platform dashboards, Google Analytics, Adjust (or similar MMPs), and internal tools – focusing on key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, and retention.
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and strategic recommendations to creative, product, compliance, and leadership teams.
- Ensure full compliance with all state-level regulations, platform policies, and partner requirements in every market.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience at scale, ideally in high-growth or large-budget environments.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-moving settings.
- Demonstrated success running user-acquisition campaigns with annual or monthly budgets in the seven-figure range.
- Expert-level knowledge of attribution modeling, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, A/B experimentation, and customer lifecycle optimization specific to sports & predictions verticals.
- Extensive experience with analytics stacks (Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools) and leading MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) alongside Google Analytics 4.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with creative, compliance, legal, product, and data science teams.
- Strong vendor/account management and negotiation skills with agencies and ad platforms.
- Holding a valid RTW in USA.
