Role: Executive Operations Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE
Thesaurus Capital Group is a growing investment firm running private SPVs, a trading fund, and investor-facing operations. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Operations Assistant who can handle day-to-day administrative, operational, and investor-support tasks.
You will work directly with the Managing Partner and be responsible for keeping the firm organized, compliant, and running efficiently so he can focus on raising capital and executing deals.
This is a core operational role with exposure to investor relations, private fund operations, and SPV administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Fund & SPV Operations
- Maintain investor capital accounts, contributions, distributions, and commitments
- Update SPV dashboards, LP portals, and master spreadsheets
- Assist with monthly NAV updates and performance tracking
- Maintain deal documents, data rooms, and investor folders
- Track capital calls, wires, subscription docs, and compliance filings
- Work with legal/admin service providers as needed
2. Investor Relations Support
- Prepare and send weekly updates, monthly performance reports, and deal one-pagers
- Maintain CRM (Wealthbox) with LP notes, follow-ups, pipeline status
- Organize investor contacts, email lists, and communication logs
- Format and deliver investor statements, decks, and documents
- Coordinate investor onboarding and subscription packets
3. Compliance & Back Office
- Maintain compliance calendar (state filings, renewals, deadlines)
- Keep KYC/AML folders organized
- Update compliance logs and document registers
- Ensure required documents are uploaded and tracked
- Monitor RA renewals, annual reports, and state-level SPV filings
4. Administrative Support
- Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, scheduling, and reminders
- Handle emails, follow-ups, and call summaries
- Organize files, folders, and cloud storage
- Draft simple letters, notices, or investor updates
- Coordinate with accountants, lawyers, and banks as needed
5. Reporting Support
- Use Excel / Google Sheets to update:
- AUM dashboards
- MOIC & IRR reports
- Capital account summaries
- Investor-specific reports

- Assemble investor packets and presentation decks
TOOLS YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH
- Excel / Google Sheets (intermediate to advanced)
- Wealthbox CRM (or similar CRM experience)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Email management
- PDF and document formatting
- Basic data entry + light financial organization
- (Bonus) Notion, Airtable, Canva
- (Bonus) Fund admin background or PE/VC familiarity

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
