We’re seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to act as a key support partner for our clients. In this role, you’ll serve as both a problem-solver and a liaison between clients and our consulting teams, making sure information flows smoothly and service feels seamless.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
- Serve as a liaison between clients and consultants to ensure clear communication
- Track client needs and update them on project progress
- Coordinate calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups with clients
- Document conversations, next steps, and updates in CRM/project tools
- Proactively identify service gaps and help resolve issues quickly
- Share client feedback with internal teams to improve processes
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or client support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate detailed or technical information into clear client updates
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM or project management software (HubSpot, Asana, Salesforce, etc.)
- Proactive, solution-focused attitude and ability to thrive remotely
