Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, or online requests from clients to schedule landscaping services.
- Manage appointment calendars for landscaping crews, ensuring efficiency and proper coverage.
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clients with information about services, availability, and preparation instructions.
- Send reminders and updates to reduce missed appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of client details, service requests, and scheduling changes.
- Coordinate with landscaping teams to adjust schedules based on weather, project timelines, or emergencies.
- Handle last-minute scheduling needs or changes with professionalism.
- Support administrative tasks, such as updating service logs and managing scheduling software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in business, communications, or related fields is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or scheduling tools (training provided).
- Friendly, professional, and client-service oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment.
- No prior scheduling experience required — training will be provided.

Pay: $22.90 - $27.58 per hour
