Seeking a reliable, organized, and intelligent individual to support a Financial Advisor as a part-time Client Associate and Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in customer service, sales, and account management within the financial services industry. Excellent fit for a college or graduate student looking to make reliable money primarily from their dorm-room/living room, or recent graduate looking to gain ground-level experience in Financial Services. Responsibilities
1. Meeting Coordination:
- Confirm meetings with clients via phone and email.
- Appropriately reschedule appointments as needed.
- Send reminders/ follow-up emails to clients.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM tool to track customer interactions
2. Data Entry:
- Accurately enter financial data into eMoney, financial planning software.
- Maintain and update client information in the database.
- Ensure all data is entered correctly and promptly.
- Perform additional data entry tasks.
3. Meeting Prep
- Prepare proposals, as needed, for investment management
- Prepare proposals for insurance products, as needed
- Prepare meeting notes, as needed
Experience
- No experience necessary, except high level of integrity and responsibly to complete tasks on time
- Successful background in customer service, sales, and account management within the financial services industry a plus
Qualifications
- Excellent professional communication skills, in writing and on phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience in financial planning software (eMoney Advisor) a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus
