Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, or online requests from clients to schedule landscaping services.
Manage appointment calendars for landscaping crews, ensuring efficiency and proper coverage.
Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments in a timely and professional manner.
Provide clients with information about services, availability, and preparation instructions.
Send reminders and updates to reduce missed appointments.
Maintain accurate records of client details, service requests, and scheduling changes.
Coordinate with landscaping teams to adjust schedules based on weather, project timelines, or emergencies.
Handle last-minute scheduling needs or changes with professionalism.
Support administrative tasks, such as updating service logs and managing scheduling software.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in business, communications, or related fields is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or scheduling tools (training provided).
Friendly, professional, and client-service oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment.
No prior scheduling experience required — training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.90 - $27.58 per hour
