Xtreme SPD Inc is looking to hire someone with broad experience in office responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be familiar with ADP for payroll and HR tasks, QuickBooks for bookkeeping, general insurance terminology, and have some knowledge of construction processes from an administrative perspective. With projects across the United States, you must be organized, able to multitask, and handle administrative duties related to construction projects. You’ll report directly to the CEO/President and will have plenty of freedom to use your decision-making and leadership skills. It is estimated that this work requires approximately 25hrs per week of focused, undistracted time to accomplish the tasks efficiently.
