The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Executive Assistant supporting the Senior Vice President of Commercial Finance you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Providing Calendar Management and travel Support
- Assist with tracking key deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups across FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and commercial finance teams
- Maintain organization of confidential financial documents and sensitive executive information
- Serve as a key liaison between the SVP of Finance and internal teams, senior executives, and external stakeholders
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications to ensure timely and appropriate responses
- Manage expense reporting, invoices, vendor interactions, and budget tracking related to the SVP’s office
- Independently manage assigned projects with minimal supervision
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND (2) two years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function secretarial, and/or clerical role in finance, corporate, or professional services environments in
a private, public, government or military environment
OR
High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (6) six years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function, secretarial, and/or clerical role in finance, corporate, or professional services environments in a private, public, government or military environment
And, in addition to the above requirements, the following are also required
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior finance leaders (CFO, SVP Finance, VP Finance)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Ability to operate effectively across cultures and time zones
- Comfort working with sensitive and confidential financial information
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- Strong understanding of corporate finance functions and business terminology
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with collaboration and finance tools a plus
- Proactive, anticipatory mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $64,800 - $89,100, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
