Business Support Coordinator
ROLE SNAPSHOT —
- Pay: $26.45 to $33.65 per hour
- Location/Schedule: Remote or On-site, Full-Time
- Purpose: Provide seamless administrative, project, and executive support that drives organizational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES —
- Provide direct executive and departmental support, including scheduling, travel, and correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and professional communications.
- Maintain records and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Support office operations, vendor coordination, and supply management.
- Collaborate with HR/IT to facilitate onboarding and administrative processes.
- Track project deliverables, coordinate events, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Draft newsletters, updates, and announcements to keep teams connected.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years in an administrative or support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The pay range for this position is $26.45 to $33.65 per hour. Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
