M.C. Records, a small entertainment company on Long Island, is looking for a P/T Bookkeeper.
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks Online or Desktop
- 5-10 hours per month
- Experience with bank reconciliations
- Experience with royalties is a plus
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Reconcile credit card accounts
- Match purchase orders with invoices
- Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets
