Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance financial forecasting models to support monthly and long-term planning.
Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational and financial decision-making.
Assist in M&A activities, including financial modeling, synergy assessments, and integration planning for acquired businesses.
Prepare and present comprehensive management reporting packages to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience for Financial Analyst or 4–7 years for Senior Financial Analyst in investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or similar roles.
Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience in preparing dashboards and analyzing large datasets.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in multi-unit, retail, or service-based businesses.
Exposure to corporate development, M&A, or investment banking.
