Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant and HR Admin to provide comprehensive support EMD's PULSE Leader and oversee HR administrative functions. This role will require a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Screen and respond to incoming calls and emails.
- Assist in coordination of Partner team meetings and retreats as needed
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Act as proctor in interviews that have tests when needed.
- Lead Delivery L10 meetings.
- Contribute to monthly Company newsletter
- After some time, assist with ServiceDesk (ticketing system) maintenance.
- Assist in WD Certification coordination and signups with in PULSE team.
- Assist in finding existing documentation/materials and surfacing to team as needed.
HR Admin Duties:
- Lead Day 1 onboarding calls for new hires and contractors.
- Set follow-up meetings as necessary to ensure team is supported.
- Collate and organize feedback for team members in preparation for performance reviews.
- Collate and organize team kudos to encourage positive culture.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and time off requests.
- Onboard new hires and assist with offboarding processes.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with HR-related projects, such as policy updates and performance reviews.
- Follow-up with Admin/Onboarding team on status of hires and provide updates.
- Assist in offobarding activites as needed.
- Define/formalize/assist with internal mentorship program.
- Act as POC to external HR company on behalf of PULSE.
- Identify and raise 'hard' / 'non-personal' / 'less firendly' verbiage across the organization and raise to PULSE Leader.
- Propose Company culture-building activities.
- Reinforce team OOO tracking and updates.
- Send National Holiday reminders to PULSE team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or HR Admin.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with recruiting and interviewing candidates.

Pay: $61,424.00 - $65,182.00 per year
