About Me and My Practice:
I am a consciousness guide and psychedelic integrationist who has supported over 250 individuals’ personal empowerment and spiritual transformation journeys.
As a queer mom with a fierce background in the corporate world, my work is rooted in compassion and a vision for creating systems based on humanity and regeneration. For the last 5 years, I have built a coaching and sacred facilitation practice that includes 1x1 retreats, group workshops, food as medicine products.
As a fast moving Manifesting Generator, creation is natural and prolific - think, a raging river that needs strong banks to direct the flow. I also understand in my bones how vision maps to product market fit, how strategy maps to tactics.
Where I need help is in rapid-speed, impeccable execution, and diligently tending the ingredients of scale: consistency, closure, completion, analyzing performance, iterating.
To that end, I am hiring a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager who wants to grow their skills and career under the leadership of a successful conscious leader.
The Role and Business Goals:
My current goal is to grow a base of 5k+”raving fans” in a way that builds meaningful relationships, mutual trust and respect; with the 2-3 vision of creating diversifying income and project streams (cookbook, digital / virtual course, group retreats, etc.)
Core functions include:
- Plan & execute content calendar across LI, FB, IG, email marketing
- Cultivate and collaborate collaborations and partnerships
- Manage and lead social media engagement, outreach, growth strategy, engaging 3rd parties for cost effective execution
- Manage paid advertising content and strategy
About you:
You have a track record of scaling social media platform followership from hundreds to thousands of followers through quality content and strategic engagement.
Minimal education Bachelors’ Degree in Business or Marketing, or the liberal arts (literature, visual arts, philosophy, etc.). Your career aspiration is to be a creative director or CMO.

- Are nimble & highly effective communicator in across verbal / auditory / visual modes in multiple platforms
- Love KPIs, interpreting the how / why behind numbers, & collaborating strategy forward
- Have excellent copywriting skills that can be in my specific voice
- Excellent digital designer, photographer / videographer, photo & video editing skills
- Able to be in the Bay Area for monthly content capture days
Compensation: $50/ hour, $1,500 / month maximum, negotiation subject to experience and impact. This is a non-salaried role - you will be hired as an independent contractor.

- Trial Period: I am hiring for talent and passion, and will shape the role to you. Upon hiring, we’ll enter a 3 month period, complete with a 2-way review process, then redefine the role.
- Long-Term Hire: After the 3 month trial period when we have aligned on roles, responsibilities, compensation etc., we will define the ongoing relationship.
