We’re on the hunt for a passionate VP of Sales to lead our clients efforts in the better-for-you snacking space. With a focus on health-driven innovation and the growing interest in GLP-1-related trends, this role will steer revenue growth, build key partnerships, and drive their brand to new heights.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategize and Lead: Develop and execute sales plans to grow revenue and expand market share.
- Expand Relationships: Secure and grow partnerships with grocery, natural retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
- Leverage GLP-1 Trends: Understand and apply insights into GLP-1 and consumer health trends to position products effectively.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Align with marketing, product development, and operations for successful launches and campaigns.
- Track and Optimize: Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years in CPG sales leadership, ideally in better-for-you or health-focused snacks.
- Industry Knowledge: Experienced selling products with GLP-1 with an understanding of consumer trends and their impact on the food industry.
- Proven Success: Strong track record in growing sales and managing key retailer accounts.
- Network: Experienced selling through a variety of channels including distribution, broker networks and D2C.
- Leadership: Exceptional team-building and management skills preferably building teams from the ground up.
- Passion: A love for health-driven innovation and the better-for-you space.
- Willingness to travel: Travel could be up to 50% for this position with a national scope.
