We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide both professional and personal support. This position offers flexibility for either a local or virtual candidate. The ideal person will be passionate about water, organized, and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage a variety of administrative and creative tasks that help us spread our mission and expand our impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Communication: Develop engaging email campaigns to inspire others to participate in our monthly "Ocean Side Chats" with leading water experts. Use your creativity to craft compelling messaging, including graphics and images.
- Event Coordination: Set up and manage monthly Zoom calls for our "Ocean Side Chats," coordinating all logistics and participant management.
- Content Creation & Management: Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, HubSpot, Zoom, and AI/GPT tools to create, track, and manage our business activities and unique content related to water innovations and solutions.
- Social Media Management: Post and promote our proprietary content on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium, YouTube, and others, sharing our work and inspiring others to join the movement.
- Website Support: Assist with updating and enhancing content on our company website to reflect our latest developments and initiatives.
- Document Organization: Efficiently organize and store all company documents in Google Drive, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Outreach & Networking: Research and compile contact information for key stakeholders and industry leaders in the water sector to help grow our network and build meaningful relationships.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
