Role & Responsibilities
Work with other members of the team, supporting all administrative and operational functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Improving company processes and operations
- Managing, compiling, and sending invoices as part of our transaction management process
- Helping to prepare presentations and marketing materials for distribution
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks
- Organizing and setting up meetings
- Helping to implement and manage CRM system
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with excellent organizational and communication skills – both verbal and written
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, and thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Attention to detail with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
